The development of our work addresses an important issue that is a fundamental principle for social justice and sustainable development: gender equity. Within the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 outlined by the UNDP in Peru, challenges are becoming increasingly daunting, placing our country in the 90th position out of 170 countries in the Gender Inequality metric worldwide. Beside all this effort, there is a significant corporate trend in the development of awareness programs regarding this real situation in the workplace. Many companies are investing in diversity, inclusion, and equity programs. However, women continue to face significant challenges for their positioning in sectors, industries, and decisive positions in the corporate world. Despite all efforts and training developed to eradicate unconscious biases, this issue remains latent and progresses slowly and quietly, leading to significant debates due to the lack of equal opportunities for women from different backgrounds. Our work aims to find the best alternative, considering the objectives and the reality of the sector where the company under study operates. Our scopes of the investigated models and theories propose the best alternative for this multi-level sector company, although it requires multi-actor, multi-level, and multidisciplinary efforts that will be key to its development and success.
