The presented project aims to offer a technological solution for real-time monitoring of diabetic patients using IoT technology and wearable devices. This will enable more comprehensive diabetes management without the need for patients to frequently visit medical centers. The technologies used have significant potential to simplify and improve the diabetes management process. According to research, IoT technology could reduce the number of patients who do not consistently follow their treatment. In the first chapter, the issue of diabetes is addressed, project objectives are established, and success indicators are defined, along with scope, exclusions, and restrictions. The second chapter details the achievements in the Student Outcome during the project's development. The third chapter describes the methodologies and technologies that will be implemented for the proposed solution. The fourth chapter presents a comparative analysis of mobile operating systems, programming languages, and wearables, evaluated with specific criteria to select the best options. It also describes the logical and physical architectures of the project. The fifth chapter presents the results obtained, based on user validations and surveys conducted. The sixth chapter includes project management documents, covering the approach, scope, milestones, and management involved in its development.
