The attendance registration carried out by the servers of the Public Ministry of the Fiscal District of Lima Norte through digital scoreboards and the web registration subsystem of attendance markings (V2.0 system) are insufficient, due to the number of administrative personnel with which currently has the aforementioned District, this generates different problems and inconveniences for registration, such as: Unjustified absences, undue discounts, long lines for marking entry and exit attendance, registration outside the established hours, additional time in the activities of the staff that administers assistance, among others. In this sense, the objective of this work is to have first-hand information about the different problems that arise in the attendance record and possible solutions to the problem, in order to have alternatives that can be implemented to improve the procedures. of the tasks and actions carried out by the human potential Office, and /or implementation of new registration and control systems, among clothes. Likewise, review the attendance control and registration management procedures, as this may imply risks such as improper discounts to servers, reprocessing in control and registration.
