The present study is based on the pursuit of achieving the "perfect order" (timely, complete, and error-free order) of a fruit processing company for export using lean logistics philosophy. To identify the problem, each of the macro processes was analyzed, relating them to the economic impact generated by the failure to achieve the perfect order. The main problem focused on the "on-time service delivery" factor, which translated to "excessive service delivery time" when compared to other companies in the sector. Consequently, the general objective was to reduce the service delivery time, which was achieved by reducing the arrival times of packaging materials to the packaging area, reducing pallet accumulation, and reducing the space occupied by finished product balances in the warehouse. The solution model was based on calculating the current order fulfillment time. Then, the layout redesign and conwip system were applied in the finished product warehouse. Subsequently, redistribution and 5S were implemented in the supply warehouse. Finally, the future service order completion time was calculated. As a result, the processing time of an order was reduced by 56%, the finished product warehouse is no longer overcrowded, the space occupied by production balances has been reduced, and the arrival time of materials to the packaging area has been reduced.
