The School Feeding Committees or CAE are groups convened by the Qali Warma program since 2012. Composed mainly of members of the community and members of the I.E. to which the program is associated. The responsibilities of these Committees consist of providing systematized support in the co-management process of the Qali Warma program. Likewise, they are the main people in charge of preparing the lunches and breakfasts of the educational institutions. Likewise, they constitute the last step in receiving food from the food service provided by the program monthly or biweekly. However, as a result of the events that occurred in 2020, the communication provided to these Committees was not presented correctly. This is evident in the Yarinacocha community where communication presents problems of readability and the relationship between user and program. The objective of this project is to restructure the visual communication of the didactic use materials given to the Yarinacocha CAEs, so that they respond to both their modes of use and their work methods, whether in accompaniment or in training. To achieve this goal, two specific objectives are proposed: On the one hand, unify the visual identity of the information materials through a user manual. On the other hand, develop an information system that allows access to the content necessary to learn and execute the functions of the Yarinacocha CAEs. The limitations of the project corresponded to the difficulty in accessing the information provided by the program; however, through rigorous inquiry and support from collective members, access to it was made possible.
