Propuesta de diseño de materiales informativos para los Comités de Alimentación Escolar de Qali Warma en la comunidad de Yarinacocha

Abstract

Los Comités de Alimentación Escolar o CAE son grupos convocados por el programa Qali Warma desde el año 2012. Compuestos principalmente por integrantes de la comunidad y miembros de la I.E. a la que está asociada el programa. Las responsabilidades de dichos Comités consisten en brindar apoyo sistematizado en el proceso de cogestión del programa Qali Warma. Asimismo, son los principales encargados de la preparación de los almuerzos y desayunos de las Instituciones educativas. Del mismo modo, constituyen el último peldaño en la recepción de alimentos del servicio alimentario que da el programa mensual o quincenalmente. Sin embargo, como resultado de los acontecimientos ocurridos en el año 2020, la comunicación que se brindó a estos Comités no se presentó correctamente. Ello se evidencia en la comunidad de Yarinacocha donde la comunicación presenta problemas de legibilidad y en relación usuario y programa. El presente proyecto tiene por objetivo reestructurar la comunicación visual de los materiales de uso didáctico que se da a los CAE de Yarinacocha, con el fin de que respondan tanto a sus modos de uso como a sus métodos de trabajo, ya sea en acompañamiento o en capacitación. Para lograr esta meta se plantean dos objetivos específicos: Por un lado, unificar la identidad visual de los materiales informativos a través de un manual de usuario. Por otro lado, desarrollar un sistema informativo que permita acceder al contenido necesario para aprender y ejecutar las funciones de los CAE de Yarinacocha. Las limitaciones del proyecto correspondieron a la dificultad para acceder a la información que brindó el programa, sin embargo, por medio de indagación rigurosa y apoyo de miembros colectivos, se hizo posible el acceso a ella.

The School Feeding Committees or CAE are groups convened by the Qali Warma program since 2012. Composed mainly of members of the community and members of the I.E. to which the program is associated. The responsibilities of these Committees consist of providing systematized support in the co-management process of the Qali Warma program. Likewise, they are the main people in charge of preparing the lunches and breakfasts of the educational institutions. However, as a result of the events that occurred in 2020, the communication provided to these Committees was not presented correctly. This is evident in the Yarinacocha community where communication presents problems of readability and the relationship between user and program. The objective of this project is to restructure the visual communication of the didactic use materials given to the Yarinacocha CAEs, so that they respond to both their modes of use and their work methods, whether in accompaniment or in training. To achieve this goal, two specific objectives are proposed: On the one hand, unify the visual identity of the information materials through a user manual. On the other hand, develop an information system that allows access to the content necessary to learn and execute the functions of the Yarinacocha CAEs. The limitations of the project corresponded to the difficulty in accessing the information provided by the program; however, through rigorous inquiry and support from collective members, access to it was made possible.
