This work of professional sufficiency presents a quantitative approach focused on one of the great problems of Peru, such as delays in the execution of projects generated by additional work, late payments by the entity, outdated schedules, methodologies without correct processes, changes in scope. This problem generates a great loss of the public budget since the annual financial goals of each project are not met due to their extension. The main objective is to propose an agile framework for schedule planning that allows us to have quick reactions to any unforeseen event in a road project. For this reason, the implementation of Scrum is proposed, which has useful and efficient tools to be applied at any stage of a project. For the comparison of efficiency, data are taken from a project called Improvement of the Chontabamba Road Circuit, district of Chontabamba - Oxapampa - Pasco. The research results are positive. These show that implementing the Scrum framework in the management of the schedule of a road project can increase efficiency, reduce execution times and generate lower expenses in the development of the project.
