In a world where digital transformation has become imperative, educational institutions are seeking to adapt to technological advances to maintain their competitiveness and meet the changing needs of their customers. The adoption of virtual classes has emerged as a prominent trend, reflecting the growing immersion in the digital age and the demand for more flexible and accessible educational experiences. With the goal of improving customer satisfaction and ensuring business continuity, the corporate strategy of the educational institution prioritized the implementation of virtual teaching. This measure not only marked a milestone in its digital transformation but also represented a proactive response to the expectations of an increasingly digitalized audience, positioning it as a leader in educational innovation. To facilitate this transition, a comprehensive implementation of technological solutions was executed, integrating fundamental educational management, teaching, and student communication systems with a collaborative platform for the delivery of virtual classes. This strategic action was supported by the acquisition of cloud servers, enabling universal access to virtual classes for all students. This created a seamless and accessible virtual environment for the educational community, thus facilitating a robust and efficient online learning experience within a timeframe of four months. As a result of this implementation, an increase in customer acquisition has been evidenced, both domestically and internationally, thus highlighting the effectiveness and reach of the new virtual teaching modality. This growth in customer acquisition not only validates the relevance of the virtual teaching initiative but also strengthens the institution's position as a leader in educational innovation in a dynamic and constantly changing business environment.
