Human-horse relationships have developed over time in as a sport and as a form of therapy to rehabilitate psychophysical problems. The Equestrian Centre in Pachacámac will bring together the sport and Equine Therapies, to promote and develop them, in addition to having complementary equipment to attract the masses and integrate the different users of the project. It is located in Pachacámac, due to its mild climate during the year, the characteristics of its land, population, access and tourist places that complement the project. There is little dissemination about the benefits of horse-assisted therapies and few places where they are performed. Also, the elitism of the riding practice has not allowed it to develop in a massive way in the country, and very few people know it and practice it. There is a lack of security in the spaces where they are performed as well as environments where patients with people outside their condition are integrated. Therapeutic Architecture is chosen as a general approach in order to solve the social problem. This concept focuses on the study of user behaviour, their needs, to achieve a comfortable, welcoming and encouraging design, so that their experience as patients is comfortable and bearable.
