German IT consultancy iSystems faces significant challenges when manually managing its cloud hosting service for SAP Business One (SAP B1) customers. Lack of customer autonomy and long wait times for system creation create inefficiencies. Additionally, user companies lack automated implementations to receive real-time feedback and do not have a comprehensive web portal for support and resource management. To address these problems, the design and implementation of a web system that automates the creation and management of systems based on SAP HANA was proposed. This system will allow clients to manage their systems autonomously, accessing a comprehensive web portal for support and resource management. The solution was developed using Python with FastAPI framework for the backend and Vue.js for the frontend, along with RabbitMQ for task management and Ansible for automated deployment. System validation was performed through extensive testing that demonstrated its ability to handle multiple simultaneous requests and maintain optimal performance under high loads. The implementation of the web system reduced system creation times from 15 days to approximately 4 hours, allowing centralized and autonomous management by users. This solution significantly improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, providing a robust and scalable tool for cloud systems management.
