The mining and oil industry in Peru is essential for the economy, but it faces criticism due to its environmental impact. The need for more effective environmental monitoring tools is evident to comply with regulations and mitigate these impacts. This project proposes a module for an environmental management web system with a predictive focus on water quality analysis. The objective is to anticipate the behavior of variables and help companies comply with regulations. Despite previous efforts, deficiencies persist in the capacity to anticipate and respond to environmental impacts. The proposal is to integrate a predictive model that identifies anomalies and prevents adverse events with greater precision. The system architecture is designed to collect, analyze, and visualize environmental data, providing a robust tool for management and regulatory compliance. The implementation of the hybrid CNN-LSTM model for water quality prediction stands out for its superior effectiveness compared to traditional methods. This approach will be integrated into the web system using Python, allowing for daily retraining of the model with new data. The system will include functionalities for generating graphs and reports, facilitating informed decision-making and transparency in data presentation to authorities. The project concludes with a validation, testing, and training plan to ensure the correct implementation and use of the system, demonstrating significant improvements in efficiency and regulatory compliance.
