Road infrastructure, especially highways, represents the backbone in the growth of exports and trade, especially for the regions of Peru. In this document we determine and analyze the impact of roads infrastructure on exports in the 25 departments of the country during the period from 2010 to 2022. We use the theoretical model of endogenous growth and in the estimation of the econometric model we use the analysis of panel data, fixed effects and the two-stage methodology - Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) of Arellano-Bond. The results indicate that there is a positive and significant impact of road infrastructure on the regions' exports. Furthermore, complementary indicators such as mobile services, Gross Domestic Product and population illustrate a positive and significant influence on exports and finally electrical power has a negative effect in the short term, but a positive impact in the long term, this happens in underdeveloped countries
