This research is based on the question: How does cultural hybridization become present in the graphics of Lambayeque textiles through mass commercialization? It also aims to analyze the identity elements present in the graphics of Lambayeque textiles and the transformation of their designs as a result of mass marketing. The hypothesis proposed is that the cultural hybridization generated by mass commercialization is present in the graphics of Lambayeque textiles through the fusion of traditional and modern graphic motifs. Therefore, in this work, sixteen Lambayeque textiles were compared and accompanied with documentary information addressed to experts. The main results show that textile graphics have been transformed by the influence of users, which is linked to tourism and mass marketing. Likewise, it was found that icons, technique and identity go together but not tied, the artisans can adapt the icons, technique and identity for themselves leaving their essence in it without harming other communities. Therefore, it is concluded that the transformation of graphic motifs in Lambayeque textiles is present because of the cultural hybridization that originates mass commercialization, which is linked to the interests of locals and tourists.
