The present professional sufficiency work addresses an issue frequently ignored by cosmetic product consumers: the disposal of packaging at the end of its life cycle. The pollution generated by these wastes is a major concern in the cosmetics industry, especially for lipsticks, whose small size and weight make recycling and valorization difficult, thus contributing to solid waste generation To mitigate this impact, a packaging design made from recycled PET plastic and cellulose fibers is proposed, which is also reusable, adhering to strict health and maintenance guidelines. This approach aims to reduce the number of discarded lipstick containers. A lipstick container from the Liv Nativa brand was used as a reference to compare the environmental impacts in its production with those of the reusable proposal. Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) tools using Simapro software and Ecodesign strategies were employed to ensure a technological and empirical approach. Additionally, the use of dissemination channels and green marketing concepts is proposed to identify the profile of the potential consumer and their attitude towards a new product in the cosmetics industry. Therefore, a survey of 400 women was conducted to understand their makeup habits, knowledge of reusable lipsticks, and their intention to purchase the new product.
