In the present professional sufficiency work, an internal and external business analysis of the Tizianni company has been carried out, which is dedicated to the marketing of imported chairs. It has been noted that Tizianni encounters difficulties in managing its commercial team responsible for B2B client portfolios. Therefore, strategies for client recovery and retention will be implemented. In addition, an attempt will be made to establish a quota for attracting new clients. After carrying out the analysis of the proposed scenarios for the year 2024 and based on the commercial objective, we concluded that applying a 6% increase in price, based on the ergonomics certification of the products offered by Tizianni, allows us to project growth 5% in sales compared to 2023. This would provide our sales team with additional motivation, as they could achieve bonuses and/or commissions based on their efforts in supporting customer recovery and retention. It can be concluded that the strategy of increasing the price by 6% and achieving a 5% growth in sales provides us with a higher profit margin of 15.92%. Furthermore, by offering the ergonomics certificate to the client, this proposed action provides us with profitability in terms of ROI (Return on Investment) and ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment).
