Abstract: The implementation of a tri-standard integrated management system following the requirements for Quality management ISO 9001: 2015, Health and Safety management 45001: 2018, Environmental management 14001: 2015, is very important for the growth of the company as it is also their introduction to large and medium mining clients. For the design of the integrated system, it was found that the Mur wy company did not have a process map, in this sense, all the processes had to be mapped, the scope of the integrated management system for the cargo transportation, maintenance and overhaul business units was also defined, after that, it was possible to elaborate an adequate tri-norm structure according to the characteristics of Mur wy, during the review of the requirements of the standards, it was possible to identify that there are sub-requirements that involve two or more additional considerations, that is, they are interrelated, that is why Mur wy has defined a methodology to evaluate the level of criticality of each requirement and be able to focus on the most critical, the implementation time that Mur wy has defined is based on the calls for bids for large mining, that is why the deadline is one year, for which a Gantt chart has been prepared with each area leader, where deadlines, tasks and persons in charge are defined, after that, progress is reviewed biweekly, By independently developing the requirements of the standard, it was evidenced that each area leader had a delay in the delivery of results, which is why the optimal thing would be to develop 80% of the critical requirements, this action allows to reduce the times of implementation, focus on what is most critical and implement the standards as a whole rather than independently.
