Objective: Determine the association between nutritional literacy, physical activity, and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) in patients at Sullana Hospital I of the Piura EsSalud Healthcare Network. Materials and Methods: A descriptive exploration of the variables was carried out, followed by parametric and non-parametric tests to evaluate associations between variables. Fisher's exact test and chi-square were used for the qualitative variables and for the quantitative variables, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and comparisons of means were performed. The results were clearly presented through statistical tables and graphs on the relationship between food literacy, physical activity and polycystic ovary syndrome in the sample studied. Results: The results revealed a significant association between physical activity and the presence of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), with a p value of 0.024. However, no significant relationship was found between food literacy and PCOS, with a p value of 0.334. The sample was diverse in age and education, with a considerable proportion of low physical activity and food literacy. Conclusions: In conclusion, this study highlights a significant relationship between physical activity and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), emphasizing the importance of promoting active lifestyle habits. No significant associations were found between food literacy and PCOS. There was diversity in age and education, prevalence of low physical activity and low food literacy. Significant differences were observed between patients with PCOS and controls, underlining the complexity and diversity of the clinical manifestations of PCOS. Furthermore, the level of education was significantly associated with food literacy, but not with physical activity levels, while age had no significant association with any of these factors
