The current Professional Sufficiency Work aimed primarily at presenting the different commercial strategies that were implemented within the Away From Home division at Softys Perú S.A.C., to develop the new sales channel known as Micro and Small Business, also referred to as 'Capillary Sales,' featuring its institutional brands: Elite Professional, Rendipel, and Maxwipe. These strategies arise from the need for the channel to achieve sustainability over time and begin to generate a broader impact on its key performance indicators (KPIs): coverage of new customers, repeat purchase coverage, sell-out, profitability, etc. The strategies evolved from the start of the project in December 2020 until they were successfully consolidated in 2023, during which continuous improvements were made. In this process of strategy development, collaborative efforts were made with the Trade Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations departments to encompass all aspects required by a sales channel. Some of the commercial strategies utilized included defining a new sales model for the channel, maintaining dynamic promotional activities, creating a customer loyalty program, implementing the Entrepreneur's Route, and conducting sales promotion contests. Ultimately, this project yielded a remarkable 40% boost in sales, representing an impressive 120% growth in average total coverage. By the end of H1 2023, the channel had achieved a profitability margin of approximately 15%. In summary, the implementation of commercial strategies for the Micro and Small Business channel has proven to be highly successful in their consolidation, resulting in a substantial upturn in sales for hygiene and cleaning products offered by Softys Perú S.A.C. within the Away From Home division.
