Control de activos fijos y su incidencia en la gestión financiera de la empresa Transportes Pomacocha SAC, en la Provincia Constitucional del Callao- 2019

Abstract

El Control de activos fijos y su incidencia en la gestión financiera de la empresa Transportes Pomacocha SAC en la Provincia Constitucional del Callao en el año 2019, tiene como objetivo principal demostrar cómo el control de los activos fijos, incide la gestión financiera de la empresa Transportes Pomacocha S.A.C. La investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño transversal - no experimental la población está conformada por 48 trabajadores entre ellos. Un gerente general, subgerente, contador general, 1 contador, 3 asistentes administrativos, 4 asistentes contables, 4 en área de finanzas, 3 auxiliar contable, 2 practicantes contables, 2 secretarias, 26 conductores (choferes) todos ellos pilares fundamentales dentro de la empresa, la técnica utilizada es la encuesta, el instrumento a utilizar fue el cuestionario para obtener los resultados, Los resultados de la investigación indicaron que se halló una correlación entre el control de activos fijos y gestión financiera, con un coeficiente de correlación Pearson de 0.647, con una significancia (sig=0.000), y un nivel de error mínimo de 0.01 quiere decir que cuando el control de activos fijos sube la gestión financiera aumenta, así mismo se halló la regresión lineal entre ambas variables determinando así que el R cuadrado fue de (0.418).

A general manager, assistant manager, general accountant, 1 accountant, 3 administrative assistants, 4 accounting assistants, 4 in finance area, 3 accountant assistant, 2 accountant practitioners, 2 secretaries, 26 drivers (drivers), all of them fundamental pillars within the company , the technique used is the survey, the instrument to be used was the questionnaire to obtain the results, The results of the research indicated that a correlation was found between the control of fixed assets and financial management, with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.647, with a significance (sig = 0.000), and a minimum level of error of 0.01 means that when the control of fixed assets increases the financial management increases, likewise the linear regression between both variables was found, thus determining that the R squared was of (0.418).
