The objective of this research was to determine the effect of native Trichoderma strains for the control of blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum L.) gray mold (B. cinerea) with a complete randomized design (DCA) with 19 treatments and 3 repetitions per treatment, and for the bioassays with a factorial arrangement 8 x 3 (Strains x Dose). Antibiosis was evaluated with the extraction of secondary metabolites from the native strains to evaluate the mycelial inhibition of B. cinerea and mycoparasitism with the dual plate method to evaluate the colonization of the pathogen. Seven strains with antagonistic capacity were selected for the bioassays with doses of secondary metabolites and spore suspension where the incidence and severity of gray mold on blueberry flowers and fruits was evaluated. All the native strains of Trichoderma completely colonized the pathogen, being considered as aggressive mycoparasites, on the other hand, the HE-ArR7 strain had a higher inhibitory activity up to 42.74%; The application of dose 3 of secondary metabolites showed significant effects on the incidence and severity of gray mold in flowers and fruits, where the HE-ArR1 (66.67%) and HE-ArR7 (17.33%) strains stood out at the flower level while the HE-ArR3 strain (50 % and 30.67% respectively) in fruits. Likewise, the application of suspension of Trichoderma spores had inhibitory effects on gray mold, highlighting the HE-ArT161 strain, which suppressed the incidence by 66.67% and 20% and the severity by 34% and 12% in flowers and fruits. Thus concluding that the use of native strains of Trichoderma against B. cinerea stimulates the inhibition and development of the pathogen.
