The present research work “Organizational climate and work performance of the workers at the Pacarán – Cañete hotels in 2022” aimed to determine how the organizational climate is related to the work performance of the workers at the Pacarán hotels. – Cañete in the year 2022. The general problem of the research was: How is the organizational climate related to the work performance of the workers at the Pacarán – Cañete hotels in the year 2022? The methodology is a research with a quantitative approach, of a basic type with a level descriptive - correlational and a non-experimental research design, for the collection of information the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. The survey is composed of 22 questions, where 11 questions are directed to the organizational climate variable and 11 questions are focused on the job performance variable with alternatives that are measured using the Likert scale. The population is defined by the 80 workers of the Pacarán hotels and the sample is made up of the entire population. In the investigation, it was determined that there is a significant relationship between the organizational climate and the work performance of the workers of the Pacarán – Cañete hotels in the year 2022, because a P_VALOR 0.000 <0.05 was obtained, which means that the hypothesis is accepted. raised.
