OBJECTIVE: 1. To determinate the prevalence and risk factors for mental disorders in woman with risk’s pregnancy. 2. To determinate the most important epidemiological characteristics. MATERIAL AND METHODS: This research is descriptive; transversal carried out at the critical care obstetrics unit. Instruments: MINI scale and a semi structured review. The women studied were 34. RESULTS This prevalence were: 41.2% depression, 41.2% anxiety disorder, 5.9% anxiety generalized disorder, 2.9% social phobia, 5.9%, post traumatic stress disorder, 5.9% dysthimya and 5.9% phycosis. Sarveyed women revealed pregnancy not plannet 82.4%, psychological abuset 58.8%, lack of social support 23.3% an poor social network 70.6%, job stresses 29.4%, antecedent of mental disorders 29.4%, physical abuse 29.4%, familial history of mental disorders 23.5% and antecedent of rape 11.8%; more than 12 years school ling (64.7%), housewife(32.4%) and married(52.9%).
