*** Descriptive research that studies the attitudes of health workers towards the aging process. The results will provide valuable information to health team for future awareness programs to the people involved are carried out on advocacy, prevention and care of older people, to strengthen favorable attitudes and change those with unfavorable trend rejection. Attended by 23 people who make up the staff of health. Consisting of seven reagents and each twelve bipolar scales, considering the evaluation factors, activity, power and familiarity, a questionnaire developed with the semantic differential technique was applied. Data processing was done manually, using Excel statistical package ( XLSTAT ) . The information is presented in tables and graphs (profiles). Among its findings, the attitude toward the aging process is mild rejection. According to biological, psychological and social changes, the attitude is mild rejection. The attitude toward the aging process is the action of mild acceptance factor, and most reagents (evaluative, potency and familiarity) is mild rejection. The aging process is considered by health personnel from the evaluation as slightly ugly factor, slightly ill, slightly bearable and from the power factor as slightly positive, slightly weaker and slightly heavy, from the action factor as slightly faster, slightly and slightly active expected. And, from the familiarity factor, as experience slightly unknown, slightly complex and slightly weird.
