The purpose of this research was to design and implement a management system that integrates environmental and health and safety components at (EHS Management System) in the Peruvian company leader in the market of agrochemicals: FARMEX S.A. To design the EHS Management System was based on international standards ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, Law N° 29873 and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree N° 005-2012-TR, the national legal rules applicable mainly to Manufacturing, Labor and Public Health sectors, and the international standards issued by the International Labor Organization and the Andean Community. For the implementation of the EHS Management System was applied 04 modules (modular scheme) supported by training in each module. The deployment of each module was subject to information of Gap Analysis. Successful implementation of the EHS Management System was positive impact on organizational results FARMEX S.A., as it pertains to EHS operational performance. Also, allowed obtaining ISO 14001 y OHSAS 18001 certification and obtaining level Excellence of Grupo Intermericano de Fomento’s corporate evaluation (Latin American region).
