This research “Student Perceptions of Nursing Care of UNMSM about Nurses in the Community, Year 2008“ arises from the need to know how the student perceives the task of nursing care in the community because given its importance as a topic within the training and because the priority of paying attention to the experiences and practices that are taking over the seat rotation, because the lessons that emerge from this interaction, will guide nursing practice, where professional It is therefore important oversight given that care is a result of activities, attitudes and feelings that are critical to the performance of nurses. The question arose as its main objective: To characterize the perception of students on the UNMSM Nursing care provided by the nurse in the community, the aim being to offer a fruitful exploration at all levels and provide a new and updated information on the act of a nurse to help educate and motivate the respective strengths between generators and strategies for the academic development of students and to safeguard and manage learning. The methodology was qualitative in nature, respondents were 18 nursing students of levels first, third and fifth, as an alternative technique was used for in-depth interview is a job interview and focus groups to record the expressions made by student was using a recorder. Among the most important final considerations are evidenced as follows: The humanized care is important in nursing care as a fundamental aspect for effective interpersonal relationship with the user, technical care, the merits of personal skills in the nurse to provide a holistic care, the training standards of nursing have different interactions depending on prior experience in the field of care, such as significant given their particular vulnerability to positive and negative experiences to the one described thus ignored the injunction for a appropriate training, to critique the care provided at the community level is subject to taking into account, since they are evidence of a negative perception about the activities that are detrimental to the profession.
