Methodology: An observational, descriptive, retrospective, transversal study was realized. Lateral strict cephalometric radiographies of subjects with class II skeletal relation of both genders between 18 to 30 years old from Peru Air Force Central Hospital were analyzed. 100 radiographies from the archive of patients from 2008 to 2014 were selected. To analyze the radiographies, cephalometric exams were realized. Results: It was found that the prevalence of cranio-cervical posture alteration on patients with class II skeletal relation is 96%; It was realized a chisquared test and it was determinated that there is no significative difference between the gender and the cranio-cervical posture alteration (p>0,01). Conclusions: There is a predominance of cranio-cervical posture alteration in patients with class II skeletal relation. It is recommended to realize an analytic study in order to correlate cranio-cervical posture alteration with other skeletal relations. Keywords: alteration, cranio-cervical, cephalometry, posture
