--- The trauma is one of the important causes of the entrance of patient to the services of Emergencies of the Hospitals and they constitute a discharge morbimortality rate. The Score of revised trauma is a functional scale that bases its valuation on three parameters: the systolic arterial pressure, the breathing frequency and the scale of Glasgow. The importance resides in its power predictivo about the mortality of the wounded in the event of massive emergencies where the great death toll imposes the use of a quick and reliable mathematical scale. The present work evaluates the effectiveness of the Score of Revised Trauma as Presage of Mortality in patient with trauma in singular. 479 patients were revised assisted in the Service of Emergency of the Central Military Hospital with diagnostic of multiple trauma. 58 victims were studied that represent 12.11% of the patients with multiple trauma assisted by the system of Attended Transport of the Sanity of the Army, the Service of Emergency and the Unit of Shock Trauma of the Central Military Hospital, evaluated with the Score of Trauma Revised (STR-T) being observed that he/she associates a bigger mortality to smaller values of points of the STR-T. The Score of Revised Trauma (STR-T) it constitutes a mathematical scale so much to determine the presage of mortality in patient with multiple trauma in the massive emergencies as singular.
