--- The Stakeholder Analysis (SA) is a methodology that arose as answer to the necessity to understand and to adapt the actions to the reality of existence of multiple interests and objectives, and to the presence of manifold of actors, who could be omitted by conventional the economic and social analyses. In the zone of Tumbes the pigs in their great majority are bred of artisan form, this added to the poor education and sanitary conditions, brings like consequence the cysticercosis that constitutes a serious social problem, economic and of public health. The information was obtained following technical of PRA (participative rural evaluation) and RRA (fast rural evaluation), were used the factories with focal groups and opened interviews, were made 4 factories, 2 in the city of Tumbes and 2 in Rica Playa village with a total of 45 participants; of base in the obtained data 39 open interviews took control, which were completely informal; as much in the factories as in the interviews they were identified as they were the interests of stakeholders and their priorities, these results were analyzed in three stages; in first, one analyzed when finalizing the dynamic ones like own characteristic of the PRA; in second, the information of the interviews was analyzed being based on the outstanding emphasis for each interviewed person; and in third, the analysis was center in consolidating the information that threw the factories and the interviews, for this aim was used the conventional analytical tools of the SA, matrices of importance and influences. Stakeholders or actors were identified 29 different from who 4 belong at the Regional level and 25 to the Premises; of these 9 groups of stakeholders consolidated. The work confirmed that to understand the cysticercosis from the optics of the SA it generates a complex range of actors with multiple relations among them. The different people interviewed have manifold I interest and preoccupations, agreeing generally in desire to have work thus to be able to give to education to his children and they themselves, avoiding to participate in spontaneous way of the control of the disease, in general a same actor could be observed that the settlers dedicated themselves to but of a work, thus the same actor could belong to two or more groups.
