The main objective of this thesis project is to implement a 24 hours online web support system to improve the incident management service of NAVASOFT. The purpose of this implementation is to enable customers to register and monitoring of incidents to have more flexible and timely attention, to this arduous preparation was carried out by searching for relevant information to demonstrate that the proposal raised helps the company NavaSoft to have a better incident management to provide better customer service. The population was 491 people corresponding to the population of Metropolitan Lima and the sample was 216 customers, which have used the Web variables and Incident Management System. The method used in the research was the explanatory research. This research used its purpose the pre-experimental design, which collected information to develop the instrument: questionnaire for workers, which consisted of 29 questions on the Likert scale (0-Strongly disagree, 1- Disagree, 2- Neither agree nor disagree, 3- Agree, 4-Strongly agree); in the questionnaire, the customers provided information about the Web System and Incident Management variables, through the evaluation of their different dimensions. As a software development methodology, the RUP methodology was selected, the implementation was developed with the client - server architecture and the layered programming as a development model was carried out with the MVC architecture pattern, the PHP 5.3 programming language and as web development environment. Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 was also used as a Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 database manager and Apache 2.2 server. The thesis consists of seven chapters, divided into: Research Problem, Theoretical Framework, Research Methodology, Results, Conclusions, Recommendations and Annexes. The investigation concluded in the implementation of the Web System in the company, it will be used by Technical Support area and will facilitate the Incident Management, which will allow better service to customers.
