We performed a descriptive, cross-sectional, observational, longitudinal, whose purpose was to locate anatomical frequency millimeters mental foramen position relative to the longitudinal axis of the first premolar in Peruvian patients of both sexes and different age groups of 5 CT scans in a database of CT EMETAC company in Lima Peru. For the selection of the sample used a non-probability sampling intentional type, whose inclusion criteria were that patients are of both sexes, are within an age range that goes from 18 years to more, that there is no crowding anterior tooth, having first lower premolar presence, absence of the second premolar, the contact point exists between the anterior teeth and that there is an abnormality that does not allow to observe the presence of foramen. From a database of more than 1500 CT 92 samples were selected, which met the criteria for inclusion and exclusion. With the help of our data collection sheet signed up data for the patient's sex, age group to which he belonged, location of mental foramen in relation to the mandibular midline and the distance from the midpoint of the mental foramen longitudinal axis of the first lower premolar. After obtaining these data, the data is transferred to the SPSS version 20.0 program, with which various tests were conducted to carry out this work. Descriptive statistical analyzes were performed which showed that of the 92 cases 30 were male and 62 cases female, meaning 32.6% and 67.7% of all cases, respectively. Then 5 cases belong to the age group 18 to 30 years, meaning 5.4% of all cases, 18 cases belong to the group of 31 to 40 years, meaning 19.6% of all cases, 23 cases belong to the age group of 41 to 50 years, meaning 25% of all cases, 23 cases belong to the age group of 51 to 60 years, meaning 25% of all cases and 23 cases belong to the age group of 61 to most years, meaning 25% of all cases. With respect to the mental foramen location relative to the midline of the mandible, 41 cases localizaban the mental foramen on the right mandible, meaning 44.6% of the total 51 cases blackcurrant and the left mandible, meaning 55 , 4% of all cases. After obtaining these data was performed descriptive statistical analysis to the distance from the midpoint of the mental foramen to the longitudinal axis of the first premolar, obtaining as results found a minimum distance of 2.4 mm and a maximum of 14, 5mm, with a mean of 6.501 mm. In the data reported, with the help of SPSS software version 20.0, you made a Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, which determined that the sample had normal distribution. Finding that the sample had normal distribution statistical tests were performed to buy stockings with a significance level of 0.05. T tests were performed for independent student to contrast and gender covariates foramen location relative to the mean line with the distance from the midpoint of the mental foramen longitudinal axis of the first lower premolar in which no significance was found. To contrast covariates of age group with the midpoint distance of the mental foramen relative to the longitudinal axis of the first lower premolar analysis was performed by ANOVA with the same degree of significance, which also showed significant differences. It can be deduced that the mental foramen location relative to the longitudinal axis of the first lower premolar not differ with regard to the gender or age group, or to the location thereof relative to the midline.
