The present is a study of the analytical, descriptive and longitudinal type that has as purpose measure the degree of pollution crossed in the attention of the clinic Nº1 of the Faculty of Odontology of the UNMSM using the Streptococoos Viridans as indicator of pollution. To measure the above mentioned pollution one proceeded to take samples of 5 points selected (areas more inclined to pollution) for dental unit at the conclusion of every attention odontology, during the whole day (4 times for unit with the exception of the third day that 2 times were alone) for 3 days taking 2 units per day. Chi's test was in use squared to find the degree of crossed pollution, giving like proved that this one was high and had different degrees from pollution for every selected point. The triple high syringe (median of 30 ufc): suctor median (median of 25 ufc): cuspidor, discharge (median of 4480 ufc: switch of light, average (median of 20 ufc) and handle of the dental negative unit (median of 20 ufc) besides that of Kruskal Wallis for the relations of the medians of the forming units of colonies obtained of the selected points, which demonstrates more sites pollutant that different in the dental units of the Clinic N°1 of the Faculty of Odontology of the UNMSM. Other one proves that I realize it was that of Wilcoxon to find relation between the different moments (taking them of two in two) not finding any existing relation with the exception of the second capture of the morning with the first capture of the evening either. Also the same test was used to determine the relation between the shift of the morning and the shift of the evening not finding again relation. Finally there was realized another test (Friedman) to relate four moments in set, neither finding relation between these and complementing the previous test, which demonstrates that the risk of acquiring a crossed pollution is indistinct for any moment of the day in the attention odontology of the Clinic N 1 of the Faculty of Odontolgy of the UNMSM.
