--- Cabo Blanco is a fishermen Caleta from Piura Region, Talara Province. Great part of the population depends on traditional fishing; Caulolatilus affinis “Peje Blanco“ is a fishing resource demersal of commercial important (PRODUCE, 2012). This study aimed to identify the species of parasitic Platyhelminthes present in Caulolatilus affinis “Peje blanco“ from the Puerto Cabo Blanco, Piura. The fish were obtained from Minka Mall, sampling was conducted from February to December 2015, and it was dissected at the Laboratory of Parasitology of Wildlife and Zoonoses, Faculty of Biological Sciences - San Marcos University. Morphometric data and sexing of fishes were taken before proceeding with parasitological examination. The parasites founded were placed in physiological saline (0.85% NaCl) for clean. Then, they were processed according to conventional techniques to permanent mounting. The trematodes Hypocreadium balistes and Proctoeces magnorus were identified; and monogeneos Encotyllabe pagrosomi, Choricotyle caulolatili, Jaliscia caballeroi and Jaliscia caulolatili. The trematodes Proctoeces magnorus and Hypocreadium balistes; and monogenean Encotyllabe pagrosomi and Jaliscia caulolatili are reported for the first time for Peru. Caulolatilus affinis is a new host for H. balistes. All species are studied for the first time in Caulolatilus affinis in northern Peru. Keywords: Caulolatilus affinis, monogenean, digenean, Peru.
