-- In the present study, 14 paraffin-embedded samples were processed, with a total of 28 samples with vesical neoplastic processes of cattle with bovine enzootic vesical hematuria (BEVH). Of the 14 samples: 01/14 has been diagnosed as papilloma, 04/14 as carcinomas, and 09/14 presented in the same bladder tissue, carcinoma and haemangiosarcoma, also described in 02 samples the presence of so-called “angioblastic nests”, that are apparently endothelial cells grouped with features of malignancy and were found in the same tissue of two haemangiosarcomas. Therefore, there were 5 samples of epithelial neoplasms, including 3 well-differentiated and 2 poorly differentiated, 9 mixed tumors (epithelial and mesenchymal); of epithelial neoplasms, 4 were well differentiated and 5 poorly differentiated, and of mesenchymal neoplasms, 6 were well differentiated and 3 poorly differentiated. For the development of this work, there were used the immunohistochemical method of streptavidin-biotin marked with the pre-diluted commercial antibodies anti-cytokeratin, for the diagnosis of epithelial and mixed neoplasms (epithelial-mesenchymal) to the epithelial side, and the anti-vimentin in the diagnosis of mixed neoplasms (epithelial-mesenchymal) to the mesenchymal side, and thus corroborate the blastoderm origin of neoplastic cells and nests angioblastic mentioned. The cytoplasm of the neoplastic cells of epithelial origin were stained brown with anti-cytokeratin antibody; also, the cytoplasms of the neoplastic cells of mesenchymal origin were stained the same color with anti-vimentin antibody. All neoplastic cells (including poorly differentiated) were positive to antibody which was suspected source, corroborating to 100% the histopathological diagnosis of neoplasms diagnosed. The cells of the “angioblastic nests“ reacted positively with antivimentin antibody confirming their mesenchymal origin and therefore also shown to be malignant endothelial cells proliferating due to its histopathologic features as primordial state to development of a haemangiosarcoma. Keywords: bovines, vesical bladder, immunohistochemical, BEVH, neoplasms, anti-cytokeratin, anti-vimentin.
