The present study of investigation titled “Attitudes of the Patient with VIH/SIDA towards its seropositividad in Helping the Maria Hospital October 2005“, had like objective: To identify and To analyze the attitudes of the patient with VIH/SIDA towards its Seropositividad, since with the obtained results one will look for to stimulate to the personnel from Infirmary to the knowledge of the real attitudes of this type of patient with the purpose of elaborating an Educative Program in which fortify plus its emotional stability and spirit to improve its quality of life. The type of investigation is qualitative, aplicativo level, the sample was constituted by 12 patients chosen through a technical sampling nonprobabilístico by convenience The used tecnica was the Interview in depth and like instrument Guide of Questions Directives Between the important conclusions but we have: - the people infected with the VIH, did not draw up to goals and ideals that give positive sense to their life before contracting the disease. - the source of I infect of the VIH virus, in most of infected people (VIH) was stranger, nevertheless for some Seropositivos that infected it were its even spouses and. - the people with VIH lack mechanism of facing at the moment as much for knowing their diagnosis like in their evolution, being the depression, wrath and fear to the death the most frequent manifestations which entail to present/display an unfavorable attitude front to their seropositividad.
