---The qualified study: “ Autoperception of the quality of life of the major adult with diagnosis of Cancer submitted to ambulatory chemotherapy. HNERM.2013 “. It had as general aim: To determine the autoperception of the quality of life of the major adult with diagnosis of Cancer submitted to ambulatory chemotherapy. The study was of applicative level, quantitative type, and descriptive method of transverse court. The sampling went not probabilistic to convenience of the investigator and was shaped by 44 adult major patients who were present at the Unit of Chemotherapy during May. The technique was the survey and the instrument the scale type Likert modified with 38 terms of reference adapted on the basis of the questions of the questionnaire WHOQOL-Bref of the WHO and the multidimensional questionnaire QLQ-C30.Results: Of 100 % (44) of adult major patients, 25 % (11) they have an unfavorable Autoperception of his quality of life; 43.2 % (19) has a moderately favorable Autoperception and 31.8 % (14) has a favorable Autoperception of his quality of life. Conclusions: The highest percentage of major polled adults has a moderately favorable Autoperception of his quality of life followed by a significant percentage that has a favorable Autoperception.
