Influencia significativa del programa de tutoria y orientación Educativa-Toe en la eficacia del docente tutor del nivel secundaria de las instituciones educativas de la unidad de gestión educativa local UGEL 04 Comas. Año 2009

Abstract

La presente tesis estudia la influencia significativa de la aplicación del programa de Tutoría y Orientación Educativa-TOE-MED- en la eficacia del docente tutor del nivel secundaria de las instituciones educativas de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local UGEL 04-Comas. El presente estudio de investigación se ha realizado en el año 2009, y trata sobre la influencia del programa de tutoría y orientación educativa que realiza el Ministerio de Educación a través de los promotores de tutoría en coordinación con los docentes tutores de aula del nivel de secundaria, de la Educación Básica Regular, quienes a través de la hora semanal de tutoría desarrollan en el aula el programa TOE a favor de los jóvenes adolescentes.

La población de la presente investigación está conformada por los docentes de las instituciones educativas de la red Nº 05 de la unidad de gestión educativa local UGEL 04-Comas, la muestra del presente estudio es 20 docentes tutores. El diseño de la investigación es no experimental, descriptivo, transaccional, el diseño específico de la investigación es descriptivo explicativo correlacional y trata de establecer cuantitativamente la influencia y/o correlación entre las variables: Programa de Tutoría y Orientación Educativa y eficacia del tutor docente. Los resultados conseguidos a partir del análisis de recolección de datos y el uso de las técnicas estadísticas descriptivas de tabla de frecuencias y gráficas de barras, demuestran que el programa de tutoría y orientación educativa no tiene un gran impacto desde la percepción del docente. Sin embargo tiene una influencia significativa en la eficacia del docente tutor del nivel secundaria, la misma que se ha contrastado en la prueba de hipótesis. La estadística de prueba de hipótesis utilizada es Regresión Múltiple.

En las conclusiones se han verificado las hipótesis, se ha determinado que existe una influencia significativa positiva entre el Programa de Tutoría y Orientación Educativa (TOE-MED) en la eficacia del docente tutor del nivel secundaria de las Instituciones Educativas de la jurisdicción de la UGEL 04 –Comas.

The present study has been made in 2009, and is an educative investigation on the influence of the position of a guardian program and direction that makes in the Ministry of Education through the promoters of position of a guardian in coordination with the educational tutors of classroom of Basic the secondary level of Regular, such through the weekly hour of position of a guardian develops in the classroom the program in favor of the adolescent young people.

The population of the present investigation this conformed by educational of the educative institutions of the network Nº 05 of the unit of educative management the local UGEL 04-Comma, sample of the present study is 20 educational, The design of the investigation is non-experimental, descriptive, transactional, the specific design of the investigation is descriptive explanatory correlational and tries to establish quantitatively influences and/or correlation between the variables: program of Position of a guardian, educative direction and effectiveness of the educational tutor The results obtained from the analysis of data collection and the use of the techniques statistical descriptive of table of frequencies and bar charts, demonstrate that the program of position of a guardian and educative direction does not have a great impact from the perception of the educational one. Nevertheless it has a significant influence in the effectiveness of the educational tutor of the secondary level, the same one that has been resisted in the test of hypothesis. The statistic of test of used hypothesis is Multiple Regression.

In the conclusions the hypotheses have been verified, it has determined that it exists positive a significant influence between the Program of Position of a guardian and Orientation Educative (TOE-MED) in the effectiveness of the educational tutor of the secondary level of the Educative Institutions of the jurisdiction of the UGEL 04 – Comas.
