Sales management plays a fundamental role in the economic development of any business. For the purposes of this research, sales management has been subdivided into customer and sales team focus; while for economic development, it was decided to subdivide it into equal opportunity and production with technological changes. Purpose: The aim was to determine how sales management influences the economic development of a graphic services company in the district of Lince, Lima 2018. Method: The research worked under the quantitative approach, was correlational in scope and employed the non-experimental transectional correlational-causal design. A structured questionnaire was applied to 33 co-workers of a graphic services company, which was constructed in the form of the Likert scale. The hypothesis test was performed using the Spearman correlation coefficient. Results: It was possible to obtain valuable information related to the management of sales and economic development from the co-workers of the graphic services company. Conclusions: It is concluded that sales management has a direct influence on the economic development of a graphic services company in 2018, since the Spearman correlation coefficient obtained was 0.655 (average positive correlation).
