Recepción, Traslado y Entrega de Mercaderías y su Incidencia en los Estados Financieros en la Empresa TRANS. J. VRAE S.A.C. Periodo 2017

Abstract

En la investigación del presente trabajo, se analizó la incidencia de la recepción, traslado y entrega de mercaderías en la empresa Trans. J. VRAE S.A.C. En consecuencia se buscó identificar el problema dentro del área de Logística, en la cual apreciaremos las condiciones o criterios sobre temas con las cuales trabaja la empresa, consistente en la revisión de mercaderías de cada cliente dentro de sus instalaciones, ante esta figura se recomendó a la empresa contar con el uso adecuado del documento recibo o prueba de las descripciones de las mercaderías, llamado Manifiesto de Carga documento en la cual éstas serán registradas y/o anotadas cada producto, la misma que contiene los datos y la información respecto de la unidad del transporte, detalles y descripción de la mercadería (tipo, tamaño, unidad, peso, cantidad, color), el mismo que constata las descripciones y detalles de cada una de las mercaderías a transportarse. Los problemas a detectados dentro de la empresa son: falta de inspección en la mercadería que el cliente lleva a la empresa, mala manipulación del personal cuando carga y descarga la mercadería al vehículo, no hay precaución con el conductor al momento del viaje, al momento de la descarga de la mercadería lo realizan de una forma inadecuada teniendo como consecuencia mercadería dañada. La investigación concluye en establecer un propósito favorable para brindar a nuestros clientes una adecuada recepción, traslado y entrega de mercaderías en general, para obtener los objetivos propuestos por la empresa.

In the investigation of the present work, the incidence of the reception, transfer and delivery of merchandise in the company was analyzed. Consequently, we sought to identify the problem within the area of Logistics, in which we will assess the conditions or criteria on topics with which the company works, consists of the respective review of merchandise of each client within its facilities, therefore it was recommended to the company has the proper use of the document receipt or proof of the descriptions of the merchandise, called cargo manifest in which they will be registered and / or recorded in said document, which contains the detail and information regarding the unit of the transportation, details and description of the merchandise (type, size, unit, weight, quantity, color), this document verifies the descriptions and details of each of the merchandise to be transported. The problems to be detailed within the company are: lack of inspection in the merchandise that the client brings to the company, bad manipulation of the personnel when it loads the merchandise to the vehicle, there is no precaution with the driver at the moment of the trip, at the moment of the. The merchandise is unloaded in an inadequate way, resulting in damaged merchandise. The investigation concludes in establishing a favorable purpose to provide our clients with an adequate reception, transfer and delivery of merchandise in general, to obtain the objectives proposed by the company.
