This research work seeks to provide solutions to the problem that affects the Tambo Puquio village in the Cascas-Gran Chimú region, in order to solve the most likely way that aggravates the problem, and in this way achieve social and economic development for all residents. In this way, it is necessary to absorb the experience that has made a significant contribution to agriculture. For example, in different regions of the country, farmer groups there may overcome their own mistakes and develop gradually, and try to determine viable alternatives through the efforts of the association. Likewise, various bibliographic resources were used, which focus their conceptual vision on the combined themes related to their development in small-scale commercial agriculture. . On this occasion, it is necessary to analyze from the research area, through surveys at the productive, social and economic level, in this way to understand the real situation of the Tambo Puquio Village, and to capture various actions based on the research carried out. Subsequently, based on these results, combined with the investigation of successful cases and the verified bibliography, in accordance with the current situation in the region, an associativity model was established as a recommendation. The proposal has 6 phases where in each programmed phase, a specialized agent intervenes who will carry out a thorough monitoring, will evaluate the process, and who will have the support of a professional team in each phase.
