The present investigation consisted of determining the physical vulnerability of adobe dwellings in the face of a seismic event in the Samne hamlet, Otuzco District, 2020. The methodology was descriptive of a pre-experimental design. The sample was of 35 houses of the Samne Farmhouse. Using a survey and two observation sheets. The results on adobe dwellings were: 94% were built on natural land, 91% have cracks in walls, 94% were built of adobe, 100% have no seismic joint, 54% have moisture in walls and 37% walls exposed to rains Through statistical analysis it was found that physical vulnerability is high with respect to "existing or regulatory laws" with 97.4% and 77.14% in the construction materials dimension. With a high level of physical vulnerability with 74.29% and a correlational the Rho spearman analysis, a direct relationship was found between physical vulnerability and the state of adobe housing. Finally, the main failure is traction with 58.57% and the damage found to homes is the Erosion of bases due to perforations in exterior walls with 87.57% and the rest is attributed to rains with 12.04%. The statistical analysis with Statistical SPSS.
