Innovación Tecnológica de la Gestión Automatizada para los Servidores en el Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Sociedad Cultural Latinoamericana-Sise

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, automatización para los servidores en la infraestructura de red del centro educativo Tecnológico SISE, se basa en el mejoramiento para los servicios en la infraestructura de red. Como parte del entendimiento de la problemática, se identificaron los servicios generadores de problemas en la red, así como los principales problemas relacionados con la infraestructura de red en el área de Tecnologías de la Información. En el proceso del desarrollo de las propuestas se han establecido, soluciones para salvaguardar la confidencialidad, integridad y disponibilidad de la información, asimismo la automatización, en las diferentes áreas del centro educativo, en temas informáticos. Algunos de estos fueron reiterativos, otros no fueron concluidos y otros tomaron más tiempo que lo normal en la solución. El objetivo es de brindar una solución informática de automatización para los servicios en la infraestructura de la red, contribuyendo a evitar las intermitencias en los servicios y en la red, como apoyo al proceso de la solución automatizada a los servicios, puede impartir orden y control en la de red al cliente interno y cómo influye en la gestión del área de Tecnologías en el centro educativo SISE. La automatización en la infraestructura de red, brindará una alternativa de solución a esta problemática mediante los servicios de DNS, DHCP, FTP, FILE SERVERS, APECHE WEB, CLUSTER, para solucionar los sucesos recurrentes y reiterativos, así también la efectividad de los servicios en la atención de los mismos; lo que permitirá salvaguardar integridad de la información en el centro educativo SISE. Así también se podrá contar con la alta disponibilidad de la información y los repositorios del backup de los servidores y confidencialidad de la información con los usuarios. Este sistema de automatización en la infraestructura de red está basado en brindar apoyo a los aplicativos que se encuentren producción en la gestión educativa de manera eficiente en la red, así como el seguimiento que se le brindará al usuario y al administrador, permitiendo mejoras continuas en forma sucesiva conforme se vaya actualizando los servicios en la red.

In this document, the following research will be developed: to the automation in the network infrastructure as part of the understanding of the problem, the relevant processes were identified, as well as the main problems related to them in the information technology office. In the development process the proposals, have been established requests to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and automation, attention in the different areas of the educational center on computer issues have been established as potential problems, some of them were repetitive, others were not they concluded and others took longer than usual. The objective is to provide an automation solution for the services in the network infrastructure, helping to avoid failures in the services and in the network, as a support to the process to the process of the automated solution to the services can give order and control in the internal customer network and how it influences the management of technology offices in the company. The automation in the network infrastructure, will provide an alternative solution to this problem through DNS, DHCP, FTP, FILE SERVERS, APACHE WEB, CLUSTER to solve the recurring and repetitive events, as well as effectiveness in the services to assist them, which will protect the integrity of the information in the educational institution, so you can also count on the high availability and backup repositories and the confidentiality of the information with the users. This system of automation in the network infrastructure is based on giving support to the applications that are in operation in the educational management in an efficient way in the network, as well as the follow-up that will be given to the user and the administrator, allowing improvements continuous and successive while the services are updated.
