Implementación De Control De Almacenes para Mejorar la Gestión de Inventario de la Empresa Artes & Textiles LESYCA SAC., con sede en Puente Piedra, Lima Año 2017.

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general Demostrar que con la implementación de un sistema de control en los almacenes mejorará la gestión de los inventarios de la empresa Artes & Textiles Lesyca S.A.C. Para dar cumplimiento a este objetivo se realizó una investigación de método descriptiva. El fundamento teórico de la investigación precisó como variable independiente el Sistema de Control en los almacenes y como variable dependiente la Gestión de los Inventarios, Nuestra muestra utilizada para la presente investigación fueron los 02 almacenes, pudiendo detectar las deficiencias de este y proponer mejoras significativas. La conclusión más importante fue que la implementación de un Sistema de Control en el área de almacenes mejoró significativamente la gestión de los Inventarios debido a una mejora en los procesos, en el control de inventarios, en la distribución física de los almacenes.

The general objective of the present investigation was to demonstrate that with the implementation of a control system in the warehouses, the management of the inventories of the company Artes & Textiles Lesyca S.A.C. To fulfill this objective, a descriptive method research was carried out. The theoretical basis of the research required as an independent variable the Control System in the warehouses and as dependent variable the Inventory Management, Our sample used for the present investigation were the 02 warehouses, being able to detect the deficiencies of this and propose significant improvements. The most important conclusion was that the implementation of a Control System in the warehouses area significantly improved the management of the Inventories due to an improvement in the processes, in the control of inventories, in the physical distribution of the warehouses.
