This project focuses on the implementation of improvements in a company dedicated to the sale of parts for smaller vehicles, which faces various storage issues. Among the main challenges are the inefficient use of resources and labor, the presence of damaged and obsolete products, significant time loss in searching for products, lack of cleanliness, disorder, and inadequate organization and classification of inventories. These problems have resulted in unsuitable conditions in the storage area, with inadequate inventory rotation and difficulties in locating products promptly. Additionally, the workers lack the necessary tools to perform their activities efficiently due to the lack of space and the widespread disorganization in the warehouses. In response to this situation, it was decided to implement Lean Warehousing, Kanban, and ABC methodologies. The development of the work was structured in three stages. In the first stage, a study and diagnosis based on the collected data were carried out. In the second stage, called planning, the proposed tools for implementation were detailed. In the final stage, called execution, the results obtained were observed and analyzed. Finally, the results were validated, and the improvements achieved in the company concerning the initial problems were presented. Additionally, conclusions and recommendations were included to ensure the continuity and sustained success of the implementation.
