The present work of professional adequacy addresses the problem of false and inaccurate information in the Affidavits of Health of a medical program of a health care center in Metropolitan Lima, Lima - Peru. It is proposed to strengthen the Care Audit area, reassign functions and optimize processes to improve administrative efficiency and avoid incorrect declarations. The first chapter analyzes the context of the organization and highlights the importance of the medical program as a source of income for the medical center; Likewise, the problematic situation is identified and justified through internal documentation and data collection techniques. In the second chapter, the problematic situation is analyzed, through a background review and identification of current theories or models, in order to propose alternative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce inaccurate statements. The third chapter focuses on the development of the chosen alternative focused on strengthening the Healthcare Audit area, reassignment of functions and optimization of processes to improve administrative management and reduce costs. Following this, conclusions are developed, from which the problematic situation is recognized and alternative solutions are proposed, of which, after carrying out an exhaustive and comparative analysis, the most appropriate one is selected to mitigate the negative impact generated. for false and inaccurate information in the Affidavit of Health. Finally, recommendations are made for future research and similar problematic situations.
