This document entitled "Cultural Center for youth reintegration through urban art in the district of Chorrillos" develops the proposal to implement a new cultural equipment called basic development equipment, it will be integrated seeking the empathy of users to generate an identity element and urban landmark for the city based on the characteristics of the users, the Cultural Center is basically aimed at young people who come from vulnerable homes and are interested in urban art, which is the cultural identity that stands out in the district, the The fact of not having a cultural facility leads to the manifestations of urban art ending up invading the public thoroughfare or mistreating the few recreational spaces and green areas. The project will be developed through the emphasis of permeable architecture that seeks to generate a connection between the building and the city, where there is a visual and physical permeability and where each individual feels they participate in cultural activities, even without arriving at the project for a purely cultural interest. Furthermore, the main strategy is to be able to have a complete visualization of the public space, the concept of community can be reinforced and the criminal acts that abound in the area can be reduced. The project has an environmental approach that seeks to restore the lives of vulnerable users, make them more empathic with their community and raise awareness of the importance of green areas for the environment, starting a second stage to continue the design project.
