The mining and hydrocarbon sector has increased by 9.28% compared to the same period last year, however, the sale of wholesale and retail fuels falls under the trade category, which also increased by 2.22%. In this work, a low level in the dispatch service was identified, which directly caused many negative reactions, such as delays in other processes, delays in customer processes and economic losses in the annual balance. Consequently, according to the information collected from the company's database, in 2022 it has been verified that the loading process has a lower equivalent to the annual average of the company's established goal. Thus obtaining a problem in times, delivery numbers, profitability, costs and other indicators detailed in this document. For the improvement proposal, the tools, Line Balance and Heijunka, will be used. A problem tree was created, identifying the critical points and analyzing the causes, which made it easier to implement the proposed improvements. Consequently, the level of delivery compliance has increased from 51.30% to 80.18%, which indicates a significant improvement since the company's goal is 80%. Likewise, there was a 5% reduction in queues from 360 to 342 tankers. In this way, it meets the objective of the proposal, improving the level of tanker dispatch service.
