The purpose of this present study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and job motivation in administrative workers of mass consumption sector, Lima, 2023. For this, an investigation was carried out taking as population the three major companies of this sector in Lima and that determined a sample of 376 workers employed in these companies was mentioned. As previously mentioned, we examined the relationship between organizational culture and job motivation, delving into a comprehensive analysis of both variables. Firstly, the organizational culture variable, which consists of three dimensions: (i) artifacts, (ii) beliefs and values and (iii) underlying basic assumptions. Secondly, the job motivation variable, which is composed of three dimensions: (i) achievement need, (ii) power need and (iii) affiliation need. In addition to this, the method employed in this study was a non-experimental cross-sectional design, as data collection took place at a specific point in time. Furthermore, a Likert scale questionnaire was carried out, consisting of 30 items that analyzed the presented variables. In conclusion, the present work indicates that there is a direct and moderate relationship between organizational culture and job motivation about administrative workers. This is supported by the Spearman's Rho test, which yielded a correlation coefficient of 0.422, implying that an increase in the degree of organizational culture among workers will also lead to an increase in their job motivation.
