In the financial domain, companies often face challenges related to managing their cash flow, especially when they have to wait for extended periods for invoice payments from their clients. Factoring emerges as a viable solution, offering an advance of funds based on outstanding invoices. However, the traditional factoring process involves several challenges, such as paper document management, manual verification of invoice authenticity, and delay in approval and processing of funds. In this context, due to the recent increase in financial activity, operational errors and delays were identified in the financial entity's factoring process. For this reason, it was proposed to implement a web platform that would automate the factoring process and provide an intuitive interface for a company's employees and suppliers to manage the factoring process efficiently. A Domain-Driven Design (DDD) architecture was used to develop the web platform, employing .NET Core 6 for both frontend and backend coding. The agile Scrum framework was implemented to manage the development. Following the implementation of the platform, the factoring process was optimized effectively and efficiently, significantly reducing non-productive times. In addition, customer service channels were expanded, which increased the satisfaction rate of both customers and suppliers and employees, leading the company to position itself as one of the leaders in the financial sector.
