In December 2017, law 30709 was published in the newspaper El Peruano, where wage discrimination was prohibited between men and women; and forces companies to determine a salary policy by defining categories, functions and salaries that allow the implementation of the principle of fair salaries, not only between men and women, but also between workers who perform the same job or are in the same category. The area responsible for determining the salary administration policy is human management, which seeks to ensure gender equality and not discrimination through guidelines and standardization of evaluation criteria that are consistent with the purpose of the law. In the organization mentioned in this work, the need for a system that allows managing compliance with the law is evident, therefore, an on-premise web application is developed and implemented to help compensation analysts review and update the categories , scores for performance and experience, compliance with profiles and salary bands by period. Finally, after implementation, the remuneration information of all the group companies was centralized. Workers who were below the band were identified and the salary adjustment was carried out; Likewise, compliance with the profiles, which made it possible to identify candidates for future promotion. In addition, information is recorded monthly on both internal equity and external competitiveness, generating a value proposition where the benefit is mutual between collaborators and companies. To do this, the system automatically updates the information on a daily basis, processes profile indicators and salary ranges to identify non-compliance with the salary policy and take actions to avoid sanctions from the regulatory entity.
