In this Professional Sufficiency Work, the issue of the existence of denaturalization in non-traditional export contracts will be developed due to the existence of extensions. In that sense, we intend to provide in a first chapter, the summary of Cassation No. 21405 - 2022 chosen to analyze in this work, which deals with an appeal for protection filed by the company Topy Top S.A. against M.R.C.L. In this regard, we consider it pertinent to develop in our second chapter the important issues derived from the Cassation, which are: the nature of non-traditional contracts, the contracting modality and denaturalization of labor contracts in Peru, the analysis of the existence of extensions in the aforementioned types of contracts, the objective cause of the same and, finally, the importance of this labor regime in the country. In order to determine the conclusions of the work, we present our chapter 3, through which we specify our position, alleging in general terms with respect to non-traditional export contracts i) the existence of a limit of extensions ii) the non-denaturalization of the contracting in the present case, due to the objective cause and iii) the importance of their prevalence for business activity, the economy and export.
