This study focuses on improving the productivity and efficiency of the warehouse processes dedicated to the electrification line of low voltage electrical equipment. The goal is to achieve a service level of excellence in the distribution of orders, avoiding interruptions in the flow of deliveries to end customers. An analysis was made of the fulfillment of perfect orders, and it was found that the current percentage is 82.86%, while the sector requires a value equal to or higher than 95%. This difference of 12.14% translates into losses of S/. 417,107 due to penalties and returns. Therefore, to address this problem, Lean Warehousing tools such as 5S, work standardization and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) were implemented in the warehouse processes, following a continuous improvement methodology. The objective was to integrate these tools into a unified model that solved the main causes of the identified problem. The proposed solutions were evaluated using perfect order indicators: percentage of complete deliveries, percentage of quality deliveries, percentage of on-time deliveries and percentage of correct documentation. Finally, the implementation of this project is expected to raise the percentage of perfect orders above 95%, the standard of excellence. This will result in a more efficient order flow, reduced lead times and optimized processes, contributing to a higher level of service for the end customer.
